We provide seed grants to scientist for translational or clinical studies related to the development of potential new diagnostics or treatments for WS. We support the Natural History study at Washington University School of Medicine in order to gather more insights into the disease as well as for defining endpoints for potential clinical trials.
We are currently working on the first WS patient owned registry, which will bring families a much-needed support network, provide researchers with valuable information and connect people affected by WS with the information and resources they need to live a life of meaning and impact.
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions made by their employees. Check with your company’s Human Resources office to see if they offer gift matching. (If they don’t, you may want to ask your company to start one.) If your employer does offer this program, your Human Resources department should provide you with a matching gift form to send to thesnowfoundation.org along with your donation.
